Shadowcreek is a tranquil residential community nestled within the wooded subdivision of Forge Heights in Perry Hall, Maryland. The Shadowcreek Homeowners Association was officially adopted under the Articles of Incorporation by the State of Maryland in 2002, and is managed exclusively by the residents of this exceptional community. • Our annual meeting is scheduled for April 21, 2008 at 7:30pm at the Perry Inn.
• The board of directors has decided to waive the dues installment for the first quarter of 2008. Regular payments will resume for the second quarter of 2008.
